Finance Manager (Joint Ventures) Job – Plano, TX 27196
Intuitive Health is currently seeking a Finance professional to join the team. This position allows for career growth within an innovative multi-site healthcare managed service organization. The candidate will lead financial management, budgeting, and growth strategy efforts related to new Joint Venture ER/Urgent Care facilities.
We're looking for someone with a strong analytical and financial background, the ownership mindset to consistently and proactively seek ways to improve the business, the leadership ability to operationalize new ideas and insights.
This role will be a part of the Corporate Finance & Accounting team and will also work very closely with JV Operations team.
The role will be based at the corporate service center in Plano TX (currently remote in Covid 19 environment).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.
Financial/operations reviews – Explains key drivers behind financial performance. Presents analysis, insight and action to group’s leadership team.
Budgeting – lead annual budgeting process for multiple joint venture hospital facilities along with initial financial analysis of prospective new joint venture opportunities
Joint Venture Reporting – Hands on interface with Intuitive Health local management and hospital finance teams and participate in formal quarterly reviews with hospital partners on financial performance of joint venture facilities
Special Projects– in partnership with the JV Operations and Corporate Finance/Accounting teams, identify opportunities for operational improvement.
You will be expected to interpret data, develop solutions, and effectively communicate your recommendations to senior leadership
You will be expected to drive accountability to action plans to be executed by JV Operations teams in multiple settings.
In partnership with the clinical and operational leadership team, drive improvements in key performance metrics including:
Prepare detailed analyses and make recommendations to manage ongoing performance
Identify, validate and launch innovative methods to enhance operational efficiency.
5 years minimum, 2 years minimum of healthcare experience
Demonstrable knowledge of financial statements, the relationships among them and the underlying business operations they represent
Experience with quantitative modeling and analytical methods, such as operations analytics, financial forecasting, etc.
Simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple projects for competing internal clients
Assume ownership and accountability for projects, including the timely delivery of analyses and the quality of the final work product
Superior judgment; analytical abilities and decision-making skills
Expert level computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel (expert), PowerPoint (advanced), Word and Outlook (intermediate)
Travel up to 10% (in normal, post Covid – 19 environment)
