Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job – Coppell, TX 29131
We are looking for professional CNA’s (or MA, PCT) to work under a long term, well-paid, seasonal basis.
Candidates with at least one year of experience, excellent customer service skills, nurturing personality and ability to quickly build rapport with customers will make you a preferred candidate for hire. This position may lead to full-time employment.
Graduate from a certified nursing assistant program or certified medical assistant program
Current BLS certification, required
One year CNA/Medical Tech experience is required
Excellent customer service skills - professional yet caring disposition.
Greet, screen all who present at point of entry by distributing appropriate mask, questionnaire review with temperature check of all person entering premises using the COVID -19 questionnaire
Communicates patient care concerns, observations, and tasks completed to the RN.
Respect the confidentiality of information, handing such with discretion.
Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance.
Responsible for performing patient testing to assigned patients under clinical supervision
Assists clinical service personnel with a variety of patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients.
Wear appropriate provided mask, gloves. Use CDC and hospital recommended cleaning protocols
Perform appropriate Hand Hygiene
Maintain facilities policies and procedures related to Infection control standards
Ability to assist safely and transport from private car to wheelchair
Maintains current knowledge and certification requirements
Complete all assigned online Safety Training programs and can describe his/her responsibilities related to general safety, department/service safety and specific job-related hazards
Respects and regards the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible and courteous environment
All other duties as assigned
