Responsibilities

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Influence and lead based on Servant Leadership Principles
  • Maintain an appropriate office environment that is friendly and respectful
  • Follow all HIPAA policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to Leadership – both executive and departmental
  • Prioritize and/or delegate tasks assigned by members of Leadership and execute assignments in a timely manner
  • Support clinical leadership team with day-to-day requests and issues
  • Create and maintain a variety of reports
  • Vendor management and follow up for facility, including phones, fax machines and computer issues
  • Review contracts with outside vendors and review contracts prior to any renewal period begins
  • Oversee maintenance and update facility reference binders and online records
  • Oversee distribution of Weekly Communication Updates
  • Assist in establishing office policies and procedures
  • Supervision and selection of supply orders and office equipment
  • Manage operation of front office, including working one 8-hour front office shift per week.
  • Oversee hiring and termination of front office leads/leaders
  • Oversee hiring and termination of front office staff in conjunction with front office leads/leaders
  • Oversee scheduling, payroll and time clock supervision of front office leads/leaders
  • Perform reviews and performance improvement plans for front office lead/leaders
  • Coordinate training of front office procedures for all overnight clinical staff in conjunction with front office leads/leaders
  • Oversee the coordination of phone training for all staff
  • Other duties as assigned
